Pineapple Jalapeno Green Juice

A big round of applause for Thirst Juice Co. for not only being one of my favorite juice spots, but for introducing the idea of adding jalapeno to a juice.

I’m sure this is not a groundbreaking idea, but it certainly was new to me and I get their same drink everytime I go there simply, because their pineapple, kale, cucumber, jalapeno drink is unlike any other I’ve ever had. Having not made my own juice in what feels like YEARS, I what super excited to finally dust off my juicer and try and recreate Thirst’s delicious drink.

Honestly-it might be the most delicious green juice I’ve ever had-store bought or otherwise! Consdiering there’s not a TON of added sweetness and no beets, carrots or apple (I’ve recently become allergic to the two latter) I was shocked at how easy it was to chug down. Usually I struggle with a really heavy green juice, but this was gone in no time and I was full for hours afterward. The jalapeno doesnt even add too much of a kick for those of you who are worried about too much heat. The added pepper is great for blood circulation and your metabolism which makes it extra great for summer
