I often take for granted the fact that I have such strong female figures in my family. My mum, whom I love to death is a crazy person who has the kindest heart and my grandmother (her mother) inspires me more and more each day!
Not only does she have the most immaculate garden, she makes some killer meat balls as well as 100 other dishes I could stuff my face with each and every day.
Today strolling her garden and thinking about life, it dawned on me just how lucky I am and how beautiful my life here in Australia is.
So on this appreciation Friday, go and tell the people you love that you love them!
In other news, this morning I shot some very exciting things for Aussie retailer Jeanswest that I cannot wait to share with you all! If you haven't already noticed by the icon in my sidebar, but I'm so proud to announce that this year I am an official ambassador for Jeans 4 Genes day which is a fantastic organisation that raises money for children's cancer research; something I am very passionate about.
