A-Z of Me: Tacos

Carne asada tacos are probably one of my favorite meals. Anytime we get mexican food I always end up getting this. But lately, I’ve also been all about enchiladas with gobs of cheese on top. When we were in Pennsylvania, we had a hard time finding really good mexican food, but since we moved back west, the tacos have gotten better again. California tacos are the best though.
