Nina needs a kidney! (auction)
You may notice that there is no download button for this illustration. That's because my sweet friend Nina Flynn needs a kidney transplant. I am putting this ORIGINAL illustration up for auction right here on my blog. That means the highest bidder will get the original hard copy of this drawing. I know I'm not a fancy famous artist, but I'm trying to use my power for good and hope we'll get a good response for this.

Here's how it will work:
I will announce the winner the morning of Monday Nov. 18, 2013. Thanks in advance for participating. If you'd like to donate money without bidding, you can send money to Wells Fargo and the "Nina Flynn" kidney fund.
Nina's sister was ready to give her kidney to Nina. They were just weeks away from surgery when they discovered that her sister was not a viable match. They had to start the testing process all over again. This time with Nina's husband John. If John is a match, the surgery will put him out of work for about 6 weeks. That's a long time for a family of 6 to go without an income. Not to mention all the costs of the actual transplant. Please donate generously to this good family.
