Martha Stewart Pets Helps Homeless Companion Animals
She’s known as the Queen of Crafts and doyenne of DIY projects, and now lifestyle guru Martha Stewart’s line of pet products has helped efforts to create a better tomorrow for dogs and cats in need.
The line ranges from sea-themed selections like a shark-shaped pet bed, a “You are My First Mate” T-shirt for Spots and an octopus dog toy to items inspired by floral finery, like the garden crinkle cat tunnel, the glitter floral tank for Fidos and dog collars enhanced by faux flowers. PetSmart® donated five percent of any Martha Stewart Pets ® product sold from April 27, 2014 through June 30, 2014 to PetSmart Charities in the US and Canada, raising more than $450,000 for the non-profit organizations which find forever pet parents for more than 400,000 companion animals each year.
