Fido’s Freebie Friday Stays Warm!

Brr…we have gone from sleeveless to sweaters literally overnight here in Texas! We’d planned to travel to Lost Maples State Park with Irie and Tiki this week and enjoy some fall foliage…but Mother Nature had other plans. Highs of 40 degrees, a bitterly cold wind, and worries about our well’s pump freezing overnight have kept us home. Tiki and Irie have broken out their winter coats (this is Tiki’s Kurgo Portsmouth Walking Coat). Instead of wanting to stay inside near the warmth of our wood stove, though, both dogs are really enjoying their morning and evening walks–the cold weather has made them frisky!

The cold weather does make us feel more like the holidays are just around the corner. Just this week, we completed our Holiday Gift Guide in the Winter issue of our new DogTipper Magazine, available to read for free online!
