Bio Terra Stress (GAHH) Supplements

When dealing with Gavin and his crazy hyperactivity, I need all the stress reliever I can get. Usually, reading a book or taking a nice long bath helps, but since the kid doesn’t allow me and Me time for either, I am beyond screwed.

So when I had the chance to try out an herbal supplement from Bio Terra that is specifically designed to work with stress, oh yeah, you better believe I said yes. I had high hopes for this product, I mean I begged for it to work.

I received a month supply, 60 pills total and crossed my fingers.

I was instructed to take 2 pills a day with a meal of this “Upliftment for Men & Women” to master everyday stress. The pills are generic looking, just brown powder in a capsule. The ingredients are a bunch of things I have never heard of and a few I have:

  • Bupleurum (root)
  • Dong Qual (root body)
  • Chinese Peony (root without bark)
  • Bai-zhu Atractylodes (rhizome)
  • Poria (sclerotium)
  • Tree Peony (root bark)
  • Gardenia (fruit)
  • Peppermint
  • Ginger (fresh rhizome)
  • Licorice (root & rhizome)

I didn’t notice anything immediately, other than for some reason I really needed a nap that first day. It kinda knocked me out, yes I was stress free while I slept, but I want to be stress free and awake.

I continued to take it, everyday as instructed and although I had NO negative side effects other than being tired (only needed a nap first day but tired all the rest)I really didn’t see any stress relief at all. Maybe it’s a supplement that takes more than a month to take effect, I am not sure, but either way, it really did nothing for me.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
