Today I bring you an iPhone photo post (which I hope is alright). While I do find myself glued to my DSLR most of the time, sometimes I really enjoy just having my phone on me and taking photos that way. Especially with all the cool photo editing apps, it's nice to not have to lug around a heavy camera.
On Wednesday I went to the opera to see
Roberto Devereux. It was absolutely fantastic to dress up all nice and spend the evening soaking in a beautiful performance. The opera building we were in is called the Four Seasons Centre and while I am not a fan of modern architecture, this building astounds me. The contrast between the wood and glass is stunning, especially when all the lights go on when it gets darker. If you stand near the sides of the building you have a spectacular view of downtown Toronto lit up.
Have you ever been to the opera? I would love to go to the opera in Paris or New York. I think the experience would be even more fantastic than it already was in Toronto.
