Hi bees! Chunk here, reporting for duty. The girl asked me to pop by the hive while she and the boy are on their mini-moon getaway. Sure, it’s probably uber romantic, but let’s be real—how much fun can they be having without me?? Obviously, not THAT much. I’m not bitter though because while they’re frolicking on the beaches of Mexico, I’m enjoying the exotic grasslands of New Jersey. It’s quite lovely and, I must say, the treats here are top notch.
Anyway, I digress. My boy and girl are officially married!! Our photographer, Erica Beckman of Clean Plate Pictures, shared some teaser pictures with us already, and guess which one got the most Facebook likes? Yeah, the one with me in it. No surprise there.
I couldn’t stay for the ceremony and reception, but the girl regaled me with stories from their evening the next day (before she passed out on my butt).

She kept saying “magical” and “amazing” and making these weird squealing/swooning sounds. Sounds like they had the time of their lives. I’m sure she’ll tell you allllll about it when she gets back.
That’s it for now, bees! A corner spot on the couch just opened up, so I gotta go claim it before someone else does. My vacation digs in New Jersey are pretty sweet, but my roommates here don’t really understand the concept of “Chunk’s spot” yet. Don’t worry—by the time my boy and girl return, I’ll have these folks trained perfectly.
