Hola pals, and welcome to another week of blog-touring. Today's guest is an author and designer who grew up with ambitions of becoming an astronomer (I love that so much), Carina Envoldsen-Harris.
BLOG: Carina's Craftblog
NOTES: Carina is another designer who’s just had a book published, and her blog is full of the same bright colours, beautiful embroidery and fascinating detail as Stitched Blooms. Her embroidery designs are incredible, many of them influenced by nature or Carina’s native Scandinavia, and look especially lovely worked in her signature bright shades on a clean white background. As well as embroidery and other stitched projects, the blog also offers colourful glimpses behind the scenes, and with photographs almost as wonderful as her stitching, there are few people who make work-in-progress look so pretty or so intriguing.
DON'T MISS: Learning to sew can be a tricky beast when you’re a left-hander in a world of right-handed instructors, so I love the fact Carina’s embroidery-stitch e-books are available in versions for both right-handers and struggling southpaws.
