Fun Flower Lunch

Super simple lunch today, fending off the last of this flu has left me somewhat drained of lunchbox love :-( Good news is some Kambrook chicken soup has certainly helped get on the right side of it. More details on a Soup Maker giveaway to come - shhh!! ;-)

Miss M has moved away from her old favourite ham & cheese sandwich opting for jam of late. Today's version is a flower cut out with a smaller flower cut out from the centre. I removed the top layer of bread but left the bottom to help stop it moving too far around in her lunchbox. I like to see the jam through the centre :-)

Snack pods of yoghurt. . .

. . . and watermelon also cut with a flower cutter. I did smash a frozen blueberry in there too seeing as they are quite popular at the moment.

Nothing like a five minute special to round out our week.
