Well, it was a beautiful - but chilly - weekend around here! As far as dinners are concerned, we've gone from spaghetti and meat sauce as our weekly stand-by to salad with chicken strips when time is short! I'm really loving it and I can't wait until it gets just a bit warmer to plant some herbs and veggies. The temperature around here fluctuates so much that my mom's advice is to wait until Mother's Day to plant - and she's pretty much an expert at yard work so that's what I'll do!
