Today's review is for those of us that love taking showers.
It is an adjustable shower slide bar, that is great for those under 5 foot or over 6 foot! How convenient is that? Just push a button and slide the shower head to the most convenient height for you!

No drilling required. This shower bar is held in place with suction cups. I have had some issues with the suction cups releasing. I suggest cleaning the area with alcohol before applying the suction cups for a better hold.

This product is great for those that need a bench seat in the shower, as one can lower the shower head and no longer have to hand hold it. I really like this product, and can see it benefiting me for years to come!

Also, from the pictures one can see the shower head can be placed on the right or left of the bar, or even on the side of the shower wall if one prefers.

This is a great investment for a family with multiple height people!
