The best accompaniment for this Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice is Gobi Manchurian or Vegetable Manchurian or any other Manchurian dishes. This fried rice is rich of healthy vegetables with wonderful flavour of soy and chilli sauce. A very mild rice variety to treat our family and friends. Ingredients:Cooked Basmati Rice 1 Cup*
Spring Onion 1 Bunch
Garlic Clove 2
Carrot 1
Beans 10
Green Capsicum 1
Cabbage 100gms
Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
Chilli Sauce 1 teaspoon
Pepper Powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Chopped Spring Onion Leaves For Garnishing
Oil 1 tablespoon

Method:
- Wash and Finely chop the spring onion whites and keep it aside. Finely chop the carrot,cabbage, capsicum, beans and garlic and keep it ready. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and saute it for couple of minutes.
