Apple Picking, Bike Riding and Football Watching, Oh My!

Growing up, my Mom was constantly slathering me and my Dad with sunscreen. Whether it was when we went hiking, swimming, skiing or camping, she taught me that the affects of the sun can be very damaging when your skin is not properly protected, no matter if it’s sunny or overcast outside.

Because of her, I’ve become a huge advocate of sunscreen and the positive affects it has by wearing it on a daily basis.
