There are few things I love more than a hot-out-of-the-oven dessert. It’s the way I was raised. If you’re going to do dessert, do it well! That’s why I often forgo desserts at restaurants. All too often they disappoint. My husband always blushes with embarrassment when I ask if it it’s house made. All too often the answer is no.
Do dessert right and treat yourself and your guests to a chocolate cobbler they’ll be talking about for years! They don’t need to know how simple it was to prepare. Serve it with a scoop of custard or salted caramel ice cream for even more decadence.
