Makes around 2 glasses
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
handful mixed frozen berries
1/4 mango
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 cup milk extra depending on how thick you like your smoothies
Method:
1. Place all ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender and blend till smooth, adding the chia seeds at the last minute and blending once more to mix them in, adding more milk if required.
2. Serve up and enjoy!
