OR OR - Elizabeth Garner, 33, Depoe Bay, 28 October 2014

ELIZABETH (Betsy) ANNE GARNER, age 33, was reportedly last seen October 28, 2014 at approximately 8:00 p.m. at Fishing Rock State Park in Lincoln Beach where she was dropped off by a co-worker. She is presently living in the Gleneden Beach area.

GARNER is described as a white female, 5'11" tall, 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a gray jacket over a blue shirt, black pants, and may or may not have shoes on.
