Pioneering former model and restaurateur B. Smith (Barbara), 65, who has Alzheimer's disease, was last seen in Southampton.

Smith took a jitney from New York City to Sag Harbor where the couple has a home and got off in Southampton. She was wearing a blue sweater, pink shirt, jeans and black sneakers.
