Today's Everyday Fashion: Welcome Home

Today's post is a real life moment captured while tidying the yard yesterday. I mentioned that I had moved several times this summer, and after a year of shopping, plenty of real estate heart break and living out of suitcases for 5 months... I can now call this little piece of paradise mine. The backyard is my new backdrop for outfit photos, my writer's retreat and my place to connect spiritually. I spend a lot of time with JJ canoeing in the lake, sitting on the dock and of course - doing lots of yard work! That's exactly what I was up to yesterday in this outfit. The hat keeps the sun out of my eyes, the wellies protect my feet from the wet grass and endless bug bites, and overall it's my ideal uniform. And now I virtually invite you to enjoy an iced tea with me on the porch; welcome to a little tour of the back yard!
