Today's Everyday Fashion: The $22 Dress

I cannot believe this dress is only $22! That was my first thought when I saw it in person. The pricing may say "juniors" but the fabric, fit and overall aesthetic definitely doesn't. It's sophisticated and works with tights and boots for a work party, or dressed up with fancy pumps for NYE or a wedding.
