A Pinhole Press Holiday

While at the PNW Blogger Holiday Party last month I picked up a card from one of the sponsor's dessert tables - Pinhole Press. I loved the aesthetic of their dessert table so I was really curious to see what it was exactly that they offered. Originally I visited their site in the market for some new blogger business cards but since they don't currently offer business cards I had to think outside of the box a little bit. Pinhole Press is an entirely photo based gift website. You can personalize all of their gifts to make tailor them to every individual on your Christmas list.

While most of my Christmas shopping was already done I decided to pick something up for my stepmom who is a freak about any kind of creative paper product. As I was browsing through I saw so many things that seemed perfect for friend's (a huge puzzle picture of the two of you!), co-worker's (a photo desk calendar with an embarrassing photo from last year's holiday party) and even for the hostess in your life (personalized bottle labels!). Obviously they're photo books are SPECTACULAR for a family album or wedding book but since I don't really have a need for either of those right now I decided to go with something else.

My stepmom is a freak about notepads so instead I get her one of these magnetic notepads with a cutesy picture of some cranberry macaroons as you can see above. What I really love about this is that it's not some cheapy thing you sometimes end up with off like Amazon or something. This magnet is STRONG and doesn't move around on the fridge while you're trying to write on it. Can't wait to give it to her!

Since I couldn't find business cards I decided to go with the next best thing - stationary! I'm always including little photo notecards with gifts, packages or anything I send that's in context to my blog. I ended up choosing this sophisticated but super cute stationary notecard set and was able to personalize it to have my blog name at the top. Perfect! I do think it would be super cool if there was the option to add additional text - even if it was at an additional charge. *wink - nudge Pinhole Press!*

I've already used some of these notecards (I used my new Wax Seal Kit from World Market to seal them and it looked so fabulous and Christmas like!) and I know I will be including them in everything I send out for my blog. The paper is thick and has that kind of nice textured feel to them that makes you feel like you're Harry Potter receiving your acceptance letter into Hogwarts.

Alright, that's enough from me. You still have time to order before Christmas! Or even stock up for next year. For an extra 20% off holiday cards enter code cards20 at checkout and place your holiday card order by Friday and all other orders by Saturday in order to receive before Christmas. Let me know what you like best! Next year I'm definitely getting a funny puzzle for one of my friends!
