i often wonder if i’d like living in brooklyn — i never did the new york thing, and i think i would have liked it. never say never, but for now i’m just vicariously enjoying this fort greene apartment belonging to Boutique owner Lauren Snyder featured recently on a refinery29 home tour. lauren owns the primary essentials and much like her lovely shop, her apartment is minimalist but homey — i think the plants, and that exposed brick and the lovely built-in bookshelves really warm the space right up. it looks to me like she simply shares her most beloved belongings, and nothing overly fussy and that’s something i’m working hard at achieving. for the whole tour, hop on over to refinery29.
