photo an hour : August 23rd, 2014

For over two years straight I did a photo an hour post once a month. In 2014 I only did it once before falling out of the habit. I've been meaning to shoot another one for a while now. The Saturday before last I went out to my parents to spend the weekend with them for my dad's birthday, while I was out there I took a photo an hour.

8am // My little toasted marshmallow.
9am // Packing up some clothes to take to my parents for the weekend.
10am // My new favorite new snack. I actually just tried nutella for the first time this month which is kind of strange. Jeff even said something along the lines of "I have no idea how you spend so much time on the internet and haven't tried nutella!" I'll never be able to eat apples without it again!
11am // Klaus in the car, ready to head to grandma and grandpa's house for the weekend.
12pm // My parent's kitty, Baby Kitty. Not quite sure how he managed to squeeze himself between those two photos and not knock them down.
1pm // The two best buds there ever were.
2pm // "We should wrestle as close to people as possible"
3pm // My mom's flowers. If there is one thing I miss living in my apartment, it's gardening.
4pm // No trip to my parents is complete without a ride in the dump track. I actually had to google it to see what these are really called since when I looked up "dump track" it kept correcting that to "dump truck". Apparently "dumpers" is what these things are actually referred to as buuut I just can't, sounds too weird. It dumps, and it's on tracks so, dump track it is.
5pm // Finally catching a break from Klaus, the pup with never ending energy.
6pm // Took the time to wash clean my car out and wash it down. My dad even fixed my air conditioning for me! Hooray!
7pm // Weenies over the fire for dinner.
We ended the evening with a cheesy horror movie and some ice cream. It was really nice to spend times with my parents. I see them a few times a month but usually only for a few hours since it's kind of a long drive there and I don't necessarily love driving home late. I'm thinking sleep overs should happen a little bit more often.

Hopefully it won't be another long stretch of time before my next photo an hour post either. I miss having them back to look on. Some of those from last year really seem like they were another lifetime ago.
xoxo
