What`s my favorite place on Earth? London, most definitely London. Ever since I was a little kid I`ve been dreaming of moving to this magnificent city. Instead of feeling happy while looking at these photos, I feel a mixture of sadness, nostalgia and sentimentality. We all have childhood dreams, as I said mine still is to move to London. Now the thing that makes me sad is the fact that I`m 22 and still so far from pursuing this dream. On the positive side, I`m still young and with big hopes and aspirations so who knows what will happen one day... With The National song "England" (man that song gets me every time) playing at the moment I feel a person is never too old to dream, age means nothing when you know what you want. After all, nothing is more fulfilling than achieving a personal goal that you have set for yourself. Does this sound like a proper self help text or what?
Anyhow, London was absolutely amazing! I`ve been lucky enough to visit London for quite a few times now and I feel as if everytime I discover it from a different angle. Every single day you can do and learn something new, a music event, a gallery, walking by The Thames... Simply keeping your eyes peeled is the best way to see what London`s streets have to offer, it has so many hidden pleasures. And early morning pubs? Who wouldn`t appreciate a proper British pub opening at 5.30am? Londoners? I don`t know if my infatuation has seriously clouded my judgement, but I am still overwhelmed how many attractive people I saw. And their accent, I could write a book about British accent. Yup, this kid seriously loves London.
