YOKOHAMA

Yokohama. What I love about this place is that it reminds me of Kobe. It's somehow exactly like it except the latter is more sophisticated but the former is boasting with awesome architectures. They say we should embrace change but there's nothing wrong with the familiar.

Raumen Museum is located at Shin-Yokohama Station. If you love old Japanese themes and ramen (obviously), you should visit! You can find more about it here.

DISCLAIMER: This is not a roller coaster!

Yokohama at night

Sakuragicho is the center of Yokohama, I would like to believe. As I've read, it was previously where Yokohama Station is located. There's a special bus for tourist if you want to visit, it will go around Motomachi area to Red Bricks, among many other stops.

Moomin tapioca stand inside LandMark Plaza. I haven't tried but it's on my list most definitely.

A flower shop called "fleur un" in Yokohama station. How funny how they always mix French words randomly for shop names.

A snow day in Kibogaoka! Long time residents of this area told me that it doesn't really snow this much in this part of Japan but luckily for me, it did this year. We had a fun weekend at Carey's place in Kibogaoka, Yokohama. Singing "do you wanna build a snowman?" while making a yukidaruma (snowman in Japanese). There are a lot of places you can visit in Yokohama, I haven't explored a lot yet.. but dropping by at Hello Kitty cafe is a must!

Trying to make snow angel!
