New York: French Connection Holiday 2014 Collection Preview

Here is my first look from my stay in New York. I was lucky enough to be invited to French Connection preview of their new Holiday collection in their store in SoHo. I jump at any excuse to wear these trousers, so they were the obvious choice! I wore them with black (again), but this time with a long line blazer. I have been wearing this one non stop while i've been away, and I keep getting loads of compliments on it, so I shall continue to wear it non stop!

Everyone at the event was so so lovely! I had spoken to Kristi a little before the event, so it was great to get to meet her! And can we all take a minute to appreciate her outfit here??? Its from the Holiday collection and I loved it the second I saw it!

There was drinks and chit chat and models wandering around in the new clothes. They all looked incredible (of course!), and treated us to a catwalk show towards the end of the evening! I also took the time to mooch around the shop: so many amazing items as always! I am loving that jumper with the zips down the sleeves!
