LUXE x Quiz Clothing

The most popular events in the summertime are: weddings, birthdays and festivals. It’s up to you how you want to dress for each, but I’ll tell you right now: you can’t go wrong with sparkles.

I’ll admit, when I was online shopping at Quiz Clothing I got carried away in the word of glitter and neglect to think about the practical side, but that’s always that side of fashion that’s fun to explore and I was willing to take the risk with this dress. Sure, you can’t wear it grocery shopping (or can you) but you better believe I’m going to at least wear it while drinking wine and dancing to some Marilyn Monroe.

I’ll let you in on a secret, I recently visited the Olivia Headpieces HQ in Gastown (which is super rad and you’ll see why soon) to play with their new party collection and was beyond thrilled when I was able to walk away with my very own piece of the festivities.

It’s non-controversial, delicate and comes with a colored thread to tie it all together that is the icing on the cake for the ideal summer accessory. That’s all I’m going to say for now other than a giant photoshoot took place and it’s gooooood.
