tropical daydreams

This was supposed to be an entire outfit post, but when we went on vacation last month, I was in such extreme new mom sleep deprivation that I never took any photos! So we snapped this one on our way to breakfast one morning. I have this dress in two other colors, so you’ve seen it before… most recently, in pink in Glamour magazine this July!

I’ve got to say, I still really dig the high-low asymmetric length. (Yup: Otherwise known as a “Mullet Dress.”) It’s relaxed, loose, and a little romantic without being overly sexy — just a great silhouette and a really pretty style.
