Sweet, lightly spiced Gingerbread Granola is studded with red dried cranberries, green pistachios, and white chocolate chips, making it a perfect holiday breakfast or homemade food gift!
Happy Wednesday, friends! I have big plans for plenty of fall favorites and Thanksgiving menu ideas this month, but I hope you’ll forgive me for briefly jumping ahead to a Christmas recipe today. Homemade granola is one of my family’s favorite breakfasts, so I thought it would be fun to put a holiday spin on it this year by jazzing it up with gingerbread spices and adding some yummy red, green, and white accents!
I am so excited to be sharing this recipe as part of this year’s Bake Craft Sew: A Handmade Holiday series! Leigh Anne of Your Homebased Mom (where you’ll find the BAKE ideas), Mique of Thirty Handmade Days (where you’ll find the CRAFT ideas), and Cindy of Skip to My Lou (where you’ll find the SEW ideas) are the hostesses of this fun holiday series, where over 100 amazing ideas, recipes, and tutorials will be shared leading up to December. Bake Craft Sew was started five years ago to encourage readers to create and enjoy a handmade holiday, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it this year!
BUT THAT’S NOT ALL! As part of this fabulous series, I also get to share a fun giveaway with you all for an awesome Blendtec blender! Wouldn’t it make a great Christmas gift…for yourself or for your favorite foodie? Enter using the Rafflecopter below, and good luck!
