Crock Pot Recipe Roundup

Crock Pots

have the rap of only being for fall and winter recipes. I say, not so. Who wants to turn on their oven or even their stove top, when it’s 90 degrees outside? And while grilling seems a great summer choice for most days, when it gets really hot, I definitely don’t want to be standing in front of a hot flame, in the scalding sun. Am I right?

The Crock Pot will give off a little heat, sure, but recently I was given the tip by a few readers on my Facebook page to plug in your Crock Pot outside on your deck! Genius really. I wish I had thought of it.

I am certainly no expert when it comes to Crock Pot Cooking and I’m always looking for new great recipes. I recently asked some of my blogger besties if they would be kind enough to lend me some of their Crock Pot favorites to share with you. Because they’re so awesome, they said yes! So in addition to a few of my recipes, I get to share some of theirs!! Yay!!!
