Oak Alley Plantation: A Photo Diary

Oak Alley Plantation has been on my Bucket List for some time. Growing up in Virginia, I really only saw Virginia plantations, which are stunningly beautiful — but I think I kinda took them for granted. Getting to see Oak Alley in the flesh made we want to rip down the curtains, fashion a dress, and fiddle-dee-dee all up and down the quarter mile walk way. Unfortunately, you weren’t allowed to take the drapes, so I had to keep on what I came wearing. I am sure Scarlett O’Hara would’ve given my ripped jeans a major, raised-brow side eye
