Last weekend in Shanghai was so epic. The weather was so perfectly sunny yet breezy and more importantly, it was our first weekend back in Shanghai being normal. We were basically out of town the whole of March and whilst I’m always so grateful and thankful that I get to travel as much as I do, sometimes I really just want to be at home, lounging in my yammies with Sumo tucked under my armpit. April is turning out to be another busy month with this week being spent in Singapore (Hiii Singapore!!) then the follow 2 weeks busy busy with my mom and sister coming to Shangies (FINALLY )

So anyway, back to our first real weekend in Shanghai, we rushed out to chase magic hour to shoot some new pieces I received from this amazing Hungarian designer, Dori Tomcsanyi. She is super playful with the cut and shapes that her pieces create and yknow how I feel about oversized boxy-ness! There are more girly silky and flowy pieces in the latest collection so make you check it out. I also picked up this palm leaf print silky boxy cropped top that is perfect for sweaty summers. Here I layered the neoprene mega oversized hood hoodie over the unzipped vest/dress over a tshirt and pencil skirt. I love the play of long and short when I layer the two neoprene mamas over each other, more interesting than just wearing them separately. I’ve been wearing the hoodie non-stop lately and am picturing layering the vest/dress over (or under) a leather jacket while the weather is still a little breezy!

P.S. Yay for “exposed ankles” as much as I’ll expose and yay for wide-angle lenses (ˊ˃ॣ~˂ˋॣ)«≈՞๑
