Playing off of
yesterday's post of bright pink, today features
Maybelline's "Mythical Mermaid" Eyestudio Pallet in a bright neon green smokey eye. The bright yellow/green in this pallet has some iridescent shimmer, but isn't a chrome, so works well with the matte black on the Wet 'n Wild "Blue had Me at Hello" pallet to create the smokey eye. Where the black and yellow/green meet, I blended the olive shade from the
Rimmel Green Sapphire pallet, as well as placed this along the lower lashline on top of black, blended into the yellow/green from the Maybelline set. I used a matte ivory from an old Hard Candy pallet on the brow bone.
I actually had some patience this morning, so I really like how this turned out. I need to take my time more often! Full details on the FOTD below.
