Are you like me and love getting to hear about new awesome bloggers? Well get ready for some great lady I’m going to introduce you to.

This here is the amazing Raquel from Organized Island.

Here’s a little about this lovely lady.

Hello! I am a mother of two and I am also a former productivity manager. I decided

to start a blog a couple of years ago to have an outlet to share recipes, crafts, time

management and organization tips. I also share places and events in my beautiful state of

California. That’s how Organized Island was born. I am a Lifestyle blogger that mixes it

up a bit so one day it might be a recipe like this one:

Is there any doubt now, why I love her and her blog. To help you get to know her a little better I asked her a couple questions.

1.What is one of the most important lessons you’ve ever learned?

One of the most important lessons I have learned is that every day is truly a gift. It is

really important to take time to reflect and enjoy what each day brings. Our memories

are made of moments and time passes by so very fast. If you have too many items on

your plate, you might miss out on chances to spend quality time with those you care

about. Spending time with people I care about and enjoying life’s amazing gifts are high

on my list.

2.Share one of the best experiences of your life.

Well besides my darling husband and kids, blogging has been an amazing experience.

I have met so many wonderful people through blogging and I had no idea that the

blogging community would be so large, supportive and well, wonderful. This was an

unexpected bonus I discovered after I started blogging. It is especially cool when I

have the opportunity to meet other bloggers IRL. If the offline world were made up of

bloggers, I truly believe that it would be a better “real” world.
