What I’m Wearing: Little Red Dress

I fell in love with this little red Sail to Sable dress when my eyes landed on it a couple of weeks back. It’s simple, classic, and easy to wear. Will be great for the upcoming holidays, too! I can’t help but think ahead to stuff like that since December will roll up before we all know it.

I like that red is a color that can go with so many other colors… black, white, gold, cognac, grey! My new Alexander Wang pumps are my new favorite shoe in my closet so I totally reached for them for this outfit. I think I’ve mentioned it, but I’ve been lusting over these heels for a long time (like 2 years!). I’m so glad I finally got them, they’re COMFY! I mean, comfy as far as heels go. Very well made. And I love the little cross detail in the back. Mine are the “oyster” color but there are more color options.

I really love the neckline on this dress. I think that is what initially drew me to it. It’s a common neckline used on many of Sail to Sable’s pieces, just like another pink one of theirs that I have. There are many more pretty dresses to be seen in their new fall collection, too! I really like this black beaded tunic dress.
