Budget Babe: 10 under $50

This month's Budget Babe is dedicated to red, black and white. And it's a little Valentine inspired, too! Given the impending Spring fashion, there's no shortage of fun deals out there. The biggest challenge for me was evaluating what I really need vs a frivolous purchase.

Perhaps the feathered jacket isn't a necessity but it sure would be fun to style! But the striped flats...now those are keepers!
