The Week That Was: AMERICA 2013 Edition
The avenue sparkled and glowed under the rockets’ red, white and blue glare in honor of the United States’ 237th anniversary. Here is what else happened during the past week:
- Discovered that Waterfront Fashion Week has been cancelled for 2013, will find out why soon
- Had a wonderful time at Derby City Comic Con, would like to invite a few like-minded fashion bloggers to come to my city next June for two days’ worth of fashion
- Won my first Pick 3 during the last three races at Betfair Hollywood Park, featuring the last-ever Hollywood Gold Cup; track will close at the end of this year to be turned into McMansions and “lifestyle centers”
