How many Carbs are in Vegetables?

In order to lose weight I’m trying to learn as much as I can about the things I eat. In the journey of making my life a healthier one I’ve been researching a bunch of food facts. Today I’m sharing a list of low carb vegetables and how many carbs are in them?

In this list I’m sharing the total amount of carbohydrates and the amount of net carbs. Let’s just say that net carbs are good!

Net Carbohydrates : Net Carbs number reflects the grams of carbohydrates that significantly impact your blood sugar level. Foods that are low in Net Carbs such as nutrient-dense vegetables don’t have a significant impact on blood sugar and therefore are less likely to interfere with weight loss.
