Well, I keep putting off a post this week thinking I'm going to finish baby girl's blanket and share that with you. I am so, so close to being finished, but with all of this getting ready to move I haven't been able to sit down and stitch on the last few pieces. I guess that means I'll just have to share something else with you this week. As we have been getting ready to move I've been trying to use up the food in my cupboards and fridge. I've been thinking about trying to make cookies out of a brownie mix and since I had a brownie mix in my cupboard I figured this was a good a time as any.
Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix Cookies - 1 Brownie Mix (10.25 oz)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together brownie mix, egg and butter. Mixture will be very thick. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Yield: about 1 dozen cookies.
