Garage Organization Plan

My garage has been a mess since the day I moved into my house. My house in Knoxville was larger with an oversized garage, so a lot of things were left in boxes in the garage in the new house. There is just enough room for my car. Well, my plan is to get an SUV eventually and right now there's no room for one. This is my motivation to clean and organize the space.

About a month ago, I got rid of a lot of the boxes I had accumulated. Life has gotten in the way lately and I haven't had a chance to get any thing else done. Here's the plan.

1. Finish cleaning and purging
2. Add shelving for storage
3. Hang peg board
4. Add a work bench

The list is not long but it is a lot if work. I just need to dedicate a weekend to get it done. What are some of your spring cleaning plans?
