Open house...

You're ALL invited to come celebrate with us! The Tioga County Council on the Arts building is located in the heart of downtown historic Owego. As you know, Owego, along with many surrounding communities, was devastated by a flood in 2011. As a result, the Arts Council lost their classroom and storage space. Thanks to many generous donors (and a lot of hard work), that space has been beautifully renovated and we're inviting everyone to come celebrate! Looking forward to seeing you!
