I love that it includes this information card with info on what came in my box, which includes the regular boxes info as well as the info if you had doubled your makeup and jewelry too. Here are the details of my box:
The Jewelry I got. These are not what I would consider trendy, but they are cute. However it would be nice if each piece was different in style or type rather than just color. Like a mix of a ring with earrings, or a necklace with earrings would have been nicer.
My overall thoughts on this box is that it is super fun! I love the idea of getting something fun, candy, jewelry and makeup to lift your mood during THAT time of the month!! I like that you can customize your preference of feminine product too. Though I think this is a brilliant idea, I do have to say that I think the price is a bit much for the value/quality of the products received.
When I think of a subscription box (whether it includes high end or drug store brands) I think of value and bigger savings. Do I think this box is worth the items it includes, yes, but do I consider it a big savings compared to if I went to the store and bought this stuff myself? No. Of course you get the convenience of getting it delivered automatically, which is nice. And the bonus of happy mail - because who doesn't love happy mail!? I know I do! I'll definitely enjoy the products I received in this box, but if I had a suggestion it would be a slightly lower price point, or slightly higher priced makeup options or more trendy jewelry.
That being said, I know that TomBoxes is willing to listen to feedback to improve! Here is a direct quote from my email with them: "we are always working to make it a better box and improving the items and brands in the box, we have some great new and higher end brands hitting the box in Feb-April so far."
