Style Saturday: Winter Prep

Today we met our neighbours for a New Year's drink (or in my case, a sparkling water ;) and this is what I wore. Unlike yesterday it was actually a beautiful, sunny day so I'm hoping it stays like this for a while! I'm wearing my GAP 1969 Always Skinny jeans, H for Hudson ankle boots, blue Tommy Hilfiger basic shirt and navy striped jumper from Jack Wills. I got this jumper last summer and honestly I wish I would have sized up. It has shrunk a little after a few washes and although it still fits I prefer sweatshirts like these to be a bit on the looser side. Next time I buy a jumper I will definitely go with a medium!
I actually got the chance to paint my nails last night while watching the Kardashians (thank God for the playstation...I actually get to pick the TV shows once in a while!!) and I chose a dark green colour which seemed fitting for the season. This is Forest from the Barry M Silk Collection. I totally didn't expect to love it as much as I do! Maybe it's the short nails, but it's actually very glossy and chic for a green.
