Quick & Easy Back-to-School Hairstyle

So … with school starting for most everyone, “back-to-school” hairstyles are likely one of the many things on your mind. This quick & easy hairsyle requires no “skills” other than just a few minutes of your time and is perfect for any morning when you’re running late or just don’t care to do anything overly fancy. It will work in long or shorter hair, as long as you can reach hair back to the middle of the head. So even if your daughter has a bit of an A-line (with longer sides) or a bob, you could probably even do this. We did this style in about 2 minutes – so it truly is “quick & easy!”

Step 1 – Make an off-center part on the right side of the head

Step 2 – Take a small section of hair near the left and right crown and draw them backward

Step 3 – Twist the sections of hair a few times inward

Step 4 – Secure the twists with an elastic in the middle of the back of the head

Step 5 – Take a small section of hair near the left and right ears (below the hair from step 2) and draw them backward

You can twist these sections of hair if you like, but we opted to leave them pulled back straight.

Step 6 – Secure them with an elastic below the elastic in Step 4

FINISHED!
