ELF Waterproof Mascara Top Coat - Review

Do you have stubborn straight lashes?

Well. I bought the ELF Studio Waterproof Mascara Top Coat ($3) last year and have been really loving it's strong curl hold when using it with regular non-waterproof mascaras. It really does work! I like to use it as a primer and a top coat when wearing a non-waterproof mascara, and it will hold my curl all day and night. Best of all, the removal process is just as easy as removing a regular mascara, it is actually easier to remove than when I wear a full on waterproof mascara.
