How to Modernize the Pearl Necklace

Pearls have been around since the beginning of fashion, and they continue to have a place in women’s jewelry boxes all over the world. As I’ve mentioned before, my oldest piece of jewelry is a faux pearl necklace that I wore to my junior high graduation, and I still find ways to wear it whether it's a casual or dressed-up outfit.

Out of all the different types of classic jewelry, if you gave me the choice between a diamond necklace or a pearl necklace, I would choose the pearl one every time because it’s so versatile. It’s luxurious, yet subtle.
