March Goals

February is done and dusted! It was a bit of a lazy month for me, goal-achieving wise. The fact that I have not upgraded my health insurance (something that has been on my to-do list since the middle of last year) has well and truly come back to haunt me. Let that be a lesson to us all! Take care of things before they become a problem, or before the universe decides you’ve run out of time to achieve your goal and now it’s time to pay for it. Here’s how I went with February’s goals

– sort out/upgrade my health insurance coverage
– follow up on the front verge landscaping
– fill out the council form to have a tree planted on our verge in april 2015
– dead-head the kangaroo paws and other plants in the garden that need sprucing up
– enquire about a car loan
– paint the house
– watch the final season of sons of anarchy
– clean out the tupperware cupboard in the kitchen

It looks like our verge will finally be landscaped this month. The woman from my suburb body called me and seemed quite shocked that it hadn’t been done yet. Yeah, no kidding lady! I don’t know why it’s been my responsibility to follow up on it seeing as it’s not technically my land, but whatever. It’s done now and hopefully we’ll have a lush looking verge soon. I looked into borrowing money for a car loan, but I think the best thing for me to do is to refinance my mortgage first and then go from there. Stay tuned for more on that soon. Now it’s time for some goal settin’ for March! Here we go -

– sort out/upgrade my health insurance coverage
– dead-head the kangaroo paws and other plants in the garden that need sprucing up
– finish watching the final season of sons of anarchy
– clean out the bathroom cupboard
– dead-head the kangaroo paws and other plants in the garden that need sprucing up
– write a to-do list for planning our USA trip
– speak to a mortgage broker about refinancing my mortgage
– march book club meeting

What’s on the top of your March goal list?
