A FAB GIVEAWAY for event planners & diy brides

Last week, Ambar, the founder of Posy contacted me and introduced me to her great online event planning software. With Posys plans you can manage one or an unlimited number of events easily and efficiently on one online platform. I thought this sounds like a great idea and tried out the different features in a test account, that Ambar had set up for me.Using the software is super easy, you have all you need right in front of you without being distracted by adverts or any other irrelevant information. Each of Posys plans includes guest and vendor management, RSVPs and attendance management, email notifications, a floor planning tool, a notebook and bookmarking, budget tracking, messages and a calendar. Depending on the plan, you can collaborate with 2 to an unlimited amount of users involved in the event(s).As an events manager, I know how important it is to keep an overview over the running projects and how annoying it can be having to constantly organize your email inbox and to keep lots of project folders on your desktop. Posy offers you a complete overview of each project in one simple software. On the overview page you can quickly check for event attendees, see how much youve got left in your budget, see project related messages and check the latest activities (which is great, especially when youre working on the event with partners).The floor planning tool is easy to use for anyone - you can create a seating chart and drag your guests names directly from the RSVP list onto their places.In the vendor window you can set up a database of your preferred and used vendors with contact info and pictures.The budget planner breaks down the event into different categories and shows you the allocated budget (and the actual budget) of each item or service.I really like the notebook feature as a place to collect inspiration and ideas, that you can then easily share with other users.
