Roots Picnic 2013
This weekend me and some friends headed down to Philly for the 6th annual Roots Picnic. By the end of the trip we completely understood why Philly's called the city of brotherly love. There was tons of enthusiasm and positive vibes from all of the festival goers, as well as from the extremely talented artist who hit the stage this year. Some of my fav performances were by; Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Joey Bada$$, Gary Clark Jr, Solange, and of course the festivals headliners The Legendary Roots Group and Naughty by Nature. Philly was definitely good to me, and I'm looking forward to heading back soon, maybe I'll even get some shopping done next time.
